Out of Control is almost a metaphorical embodiment of parametric design. Just like parametric design, nature operates within a set of parameters. However the genius of nature is that the parameters have allowed it to evolve, and this is the core idea: that parametric design starts to make these tools available to us, we just have to harness them in order to move towards “artificial evolution.”
